Education and Background:

Rose has successfully operated and licensed start-up assisted living and memory care communities with organizations such as American Retirement Corporation, Brookdale, and Silverado.

Rose has a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Baylor University and hold active licenses in Texas as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), Certified Assisted Living Manager, (CALM) and a Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator (LNFA).

Advocate

Rose is an active advocate serving on the Policy Committee for Texas Assisted Living Association (TALA) and as Vice President of Advisory on the Board of Texas Culture Change Coalition
